Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was charged with racketeering and firearm charges in New York yesterday.
Tekashi, also known as Daniel Hernandez, along with five other gang members were charged after an investigation by the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives), the New York Police Department and US Homeland Security.
Tekashi was denied bail and is now currently facing 25 years to life in prison on six counts of the gang-related crimes.
He posted to Instagram a few days ago saying that he had "fired everybody" and cancelled his concerts after hoaxes had set up fake concerts posing as Tekashi 6ix9ine.
Tekashi 6ix9ine reportedly has an album set to come out on November 23rd. Only time will tell if it actually does come out!
