A radio interview turned violent as a comedian was punched in the head by one of the hosts during a heated exchange that was live streamed.

The incident happened during a live broadcast of the 'Corey Holcomb 5150' online radio show on April 12 when co-host, Zo Williams, became angry with guest, comedian Aries Spears.

It seems as though the altercation was sparked when Spears, who was a regular on Fox's sketch comedy series MADtv, cut Williams off during a debate about former president Barack Obama.

In a video of the exchange obtained by TMZ, Williams can be heard yelling 'shut the f*** up' as Spears interrupted him.

The two then engaged in an explicitly laced racial argument.

'You see that half redbone, light-skinned n**** being loud,' Spears yelled while sitting next to Williams who replied, 'a motherf***er will put hands on you and give you real black eyes.'

Spears stated, 'come on don't do that n****,' before Williams told him 'and that's the truth n****.'

Moments later, the argument seemingly escalates as Williams takes off his glasses and said: 'I've had about enough of your s***, that's the truth, shut the f*** up while I'm talking.'

Spears then claimed, 'the loudest n****s are the light-skinned n****s that wish they could be black.'

It's unclear if Spears suffered any injuries and no arrests have been made.
