Snapchats New Filter Got Instantly Deleted After Massive Backlash

Snapchat messed up after releasing a new "anime" filter that gave users slanted eyes, round cheeks and big front teeth. Which instantly made people SLAM Snapchat for the "yellow face" filter calling it "derogatory."

A Snapchat spokesperson even responded to the backlash saying “lenses are meant to be playful and never to offend.”
