Everyone know's someone or maybe is that someone who had planned to run a marathon during "adult cuddles" but found themselves falling short and competed in the 200m sprint instead.
Okay maybe that was a little bit cryptic, what we're trying to say is that maybe you planned last a little bit longer during sex, but alas your organs had different ideas. Well, chances are maybe you're just not doing it right...and no, we're not talking about positions.
An expert in lasting a tad bit longer has revealed that people often go wrong not in the pace of their actions or the positions but in their breathing! According to New York yoga instructor Kumi Sawyer, the key to lasting longer is by creating a rhythm with your breathing. That rhythm will then prevent you from holding your breath, tensing up and freaking out.
Always be wondering why people in the office have been breathing heavy lately!
