BAY OF PLENTY SIEGE IS NOW OVER.
The gunman's family sing a Karakia after news of his arrest after a 24-hour siege in the Bay of Plenty.
His family shook the hand of Taupo police area commander Inspector Warwick Morehu and spoke to him as he exited the police cordon after successful negotiations.
