Fans Think Tupac is Alive After this Video and Selfie Emerged Online

It will be the 20th anniversary of Tupac Shakur's death on September the 13th, and even though he's been gone for almost two decades there are people still out there who think he's still walking among us. Now a picture and video has surfaced titled "Tupac is alive new proof 2016!" which you can watch above.

In the video the selfie of this man alleged to be Tupac is wearing the classic red bandana and rocking a windbreaker.
