The internet is loving the latest pic of Will Smith and his pandemic dad bod

Will Smith has got real about the current shape he's in, admitting that "he's in the worst shape of his life" and the internet is loving it.

Most of us remember Will Smith from i-Robot and I Am Legend, or the Bad Boys Will Smith in the white singlets with guns (and guns) out, but that sure isn't him at the moment.

Taking to Instagram, Smith has got real about his shape, posting photos of his current look. Although he has followed up his first post vowing to get in "the best shape of his life". 

"This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing thru the pantry. I love this body, but I wanna FEEL better." 

Smith has teamed up with Youtube to get his "health & wellness back on track".
