A pretty sick water slide is being planned in New Zealand.

Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools, in the South Island, has announced plans for a huge redevelopment, costing $4.3 million dollars.

The new slide will take riders down a winding hydroslide in 2-person tubes, before going down a steep drop that propels them up a near-vertical wall for a moment of weightlessness before zooming back down and onto the slide’s finish.

The pools also plan to redevelop their existing thermal pools which will include 5 new pools.

They plan to finish the redevelopment in time for summer 2019; so this time next year you could be sliding down that beast of a waterslide!
