Nicki Minaj Is Set To Have A TV Show On ABC

Nicki Minaj dropped us some big news!

It wasn't quite an album, but the multi-talented rapper will now be an executive producer and appear in a scripted comedy based on her life for ABC Family according to Deadline.

They are expecting to film a pilot in her hometown of Queens this winter.

“Nicki Minaj is a force to be reckoned with at everything she touches,” said ABC Family’s EVP Programming and Development Karey Burke. “Nicki is an international superstar, yet not everyone knows how inspiring and hilarious her true story is, and we can’t wait to share it with the world.”

If you didn't know, Minaj had studied acting in Manhatan's LaGuardia High School before becoming one of the most successful female artists of this generation.
