For most, people already knew of Guy Sebastian's change body transformation may be old news to you, but hasn't posted anything like this before!

After travelling home from touring UK and finishing the album etc I haven’t had much time to work out at all. It only took a few days of not exercising for me to start freaking out like it’s all going to be lost! I guess I just don’t want to go back to my old, injured Dad bod and it stresses me out. Anyway I just exercised for the first time in a week and I’m happy to say I will be back on track after a few workouts! Enjoy your Monday and stress less !
