Geto Boys co-founder Bushwick Bill passes away at 52

Geto Boys co-founder Bushwick Bill has passed away at the age of 52. 

His publicist confirmed his death in an Instagram post, saying that the rapper passed away peacefully. 

Bushwick Bill began his career with the Geto Boys, where he started as a dancer known as Little Billy. He transitioned to rapping in the group and featured on their debut album Making Trouble in 1988.

The Geto Boys rose to fame in the early 1990s. Some of their hits include "G.E.T.O." "Mind Playing Tricks on Me," "Damn It Feel Good to Be" and "Still."

Bushwick Bill was reportedly diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in February and kept the diagnosis to himself before breaking the news to TMZ.
