She and husband Jay-Z have arrived in Warsaw, Poland, on their On The Run II concert tour.

But all did not go smoothly towards the end of their show on Saturday night.

The elaborate flying stage that's featured as part of their performance malfunctioned leaving Beyonce stranded, the Daily Mail reports.

As the singer, 36, stood around, with no way down to the stage proper, stage staff gathered to discuss the situation before coming up with a ladder.

Stagehands brought the ladder on stage and propped it up, extending it to reach the flying stage.

But despite encouragement from a stagehand, and a group of nearby fans chanting her name, Beyonce initially seemed reluctant to step onto the ladder to make her way down.

After more discussions and a little bit more positioning, she finally took it in her stride in her high heels and tiny black bodysuit costume.

Fans cheered as she made it to the bottom and then walked off stage with a jaunty swagger.

The Crazy In Love hitmaker and rapper Jay-Z, 48, recently completed the UK leg of their tour before heading to continental Europe.

They are travelling with quite an entourage including their three children - Blue Ivy, six, and one-year-old twins Rumi and Sir.
