Ariana Grande has cut off that famous high ponytail!
Well - we're not entirely sure what she's done, but she's posted an image of herself to social media with her hair shoulder length. She could have also just taken out her hair extensions, so the jury's still out.

Fans have taken to social media to comment on the new hair, with some not happy that she's lost the ponytail!
