Tupac is receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

2pac if finally getting the recognition he deserves. Tupac is going to recieve a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! 

On June 7, the legend himself Tupac Shakur will receive his star in the recording category during a public ceremony at 6212 Hollywood Blvd.

The criteria for receiving a star consists of the following: professional achievement, longevity in the category of five years or more, contributions to the community and the guarantee that the celebrity will attend the dedication ceremony if selected. Posthumous awards require a two-year waiting period after death. There is also a $75,000 donation after being selected which goes towards maintence of the stars.  

Surely, as one of L.A.’s own, Tupac’s star will be added to the list of most visited stars.
