Aaaaaaaand this is why she's an Olympic gold medallist!

Earlier this year Adams along with her husband Gabriel Price announced that they're expecting a little bundle of joy to bring some love into their world. Apparently, that just means that Adams just has a training partner with her for the next few months giving a little bit of morale from the inside. 

The Kiwi athlete also revealed her due date is set for October.

Val also shared a special sonogram - showing the little girl herself, captioning the pic: "there's our little human". Gosh we can't wait meet the new member of the Adams-Price whanau!
