On the most recent episode of Kylie Jenner's reality show Life of Kylie, she heads to Los Angeles' Santee Alley where she finds tables full of counterfeit make-up with her brand's label on the boxes.

'I just feel a responsibility to take matters into my own hands,' she tells the camera before discussing how to go about reporting the sellers with her mother Kris.

The show isn't the first time the young beauty mogul has addressed the sale of fake Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kits and palettes.

In October, Kylie, 20, took to social media to tell fans to avoid purchasing products anywhere but kyliecosmetics.com and to warn them of the health hazards that using fake products can cause.

'It might look exactly like mine, but it's not mine and the ingredients they're using in these products are really dangerous. Someone just tweeted me one of their fake products and they said it has glue in it,' she said in a Snapchat video.

Counterfeit copies of products from brands like MAC, Jeffree Star Cosmetics and Anastasia Beverly Hills can also be found at marketplaces like Santee Alley, not to mention all over the internet.

'I don't want anyone getting hurt or putting unsafe ingredients on their mouth! #STOPTHEFAKES,' Jeffree tweeted to his followers last year.

The FBI warns that these products often contain carcinogens like arsenic, aluminum and dangerous levels of bacteria.

Gregg Marrazzo, senior vice president, deputy general counsel of the Estée Lauder Companies, compared the foreign labs the fakes get produced in to a disgusting frat house bathroom in a recent refinery29.com article on the topic.

'It looks like a surgical suite compared to these conditions. It’s filthy, there’s bacteria everywhere... it’s disgusting,' he said.
