Kardashian of the Kourtney variety is coppping a bit of backlash after posting a photo to Instagram of her and 4-year-old daughter Penelope. The photo in question has young Penelope wearing a lip ring and the top line people of the internet would like to let her know what's up!

It's quite the topical question, should she be wearing that lip ring? shouldn't she? Is she too young? So many questions so little time!
