Prince Harry did the Haka today with the NZ Army at the Linton Army Base!

One of Prince Harry's army haka coaches Warrant Officer 2 Brent Pene said the royal had done well, given the time he had to practice.

Harry was met by a group of 30 soldiers at a large hall at the base, where he had to learn the haka.

"He was keen, that was the main thing," Warrant Officer Pene said.

He said it was humbling and appropriate for the Prince to join in, given Prince Harry was also in the army.

It had been a rigorous 20 minutes, Pene said.

"Yeah, he was sweating, we were sweating, a bit of frustration set in."

After having lunch and talking to officers Harry will play a game of touch football with senior pupils from Linton Camp School.
