The Instagram account Nude Yoga Girl has managed to dodge Instagram's nipple rules and other nudity regulations and presented quite the impressive Instagram account that's inspired women all over the world.

I like to think that I'm quite a strong woman nowadays. Maybe because I don't want that life is always easy, stable and nice. That kind of life doesn't teach. I have always wanted to experience many different kind of moments. Through them I can get to know myself better and become stronger. ❤ Today I've talked a lot with my friend about how difficulties make us stronger, how we can turn our negative experiencess to positive. Many times it seems that everything is easier for the strongest ones. That they are lucky, life has given them a lot... ❤ In my experience when I've got to know those kind of people better, I've seen how many or how big difficulties they've had to overcome. How much they have done, how much they've had to put up with, endure, suffer and experience. Because of those difficult experiences, they have become stronger. ❤ "A strong woman stands up for herself. A stronger woman stands up for everybody else."

Her Instagram, which has amassed over 670,000 followers, has inspired other women to follow suit with #NYGyoga, with body shapes and yoga poses.

I’ve hung onto this photo for awhile now. Waiting for when it felt right to share it, to share so much of myself. It also took a long time to be OK with it. I am still healing from past insecurities, the voice in the back of my mind telling me all the reasons why I should be ashamed of my body. _ But part of process of healing is to step out there. Not listen to the voice in the back of your mind, but to listen to your heart. Stretch marks, cellulite, rolls, little extra fat in places, none of that matters. Because we are beautiful. We are strong. _ I’m sure I’ll get some flack for this, how this is not Yoga or how it is all for vanity. As I always say, you cannot define yoga, and for me and moving through my insecurities, this is yoga because it has allowed me to do so.
