Stan Walker has given a deeply moving performance of his song “Thank You”, atop Silo 6 inside Auckland’s Silo park this week performing for ‘Light to Unite’, a tribute for Essential Workers.

Walker performed “Thank You” along with “Give” and “Aotearoa” to give thanks to Aotearoa’s essential workforce on behalf of the nation aka the “team of 5 million” in the fight against COVID-19.

‘Light To Unite’ is a tribute to Essential workers put on and run by the businesses and teams from within the music events and production industry who have also been severely impacted themselves by Covid-19 with live events rescheduled and cancelled around the country.

With the impact on New Zealand’s music and event calendars affected by COVID-19, MusicHelpsLive has been providing wellbeing services and hardship grants for New Zealanders working in the music and events industry.
