Would you pay to see these two fight again?
The two fighters broke all sorts of records last time they faught on May 2nd.
At first Mayweather said he was open for a second fight with Pacquiao, and then Pac-man said his shoulder wasn't right and needed surgery.
This may all be a stunt to set up a future fight between the two in which we hope to see a knock-out winner!
According to Page Six, Showtime, HBO, Bob Arum, and Mayweather's promoter Leonard Ellerbe are all looking towards the future in negotiating a rematch.
“The fight will be the first event at the under-construction MGM–AEG Arena set to open next year.” All the parties involved deny talks are under way, but I’m told Pacquiao wants redemption. “He feels he fought with only one arm,” said one insider. Mayweather will do it for the money.
This could potentially be the last fight for both of these fighters, and could be more exciting as Pacquiao not only will have two arms, but will have absolutely nothing to lose and could just try and go for the knockout. Plus with the first fight making $600 million plus you can't pass up such a big payday.
