Landscape Artist Creates Some Incredible Maori Designs On NZ Beaches

Andres Amador from San Francisco is a renowned and extraordinary landscape artist who is famous for his massive sand designs on beaches around the globe.

A Maori artist was scouted by Andres to transform his Ta Moko design into a huge piece on Piapia beach. He has also created several other designs while visiting New Zealand which you can check out below.

This is about half of the final design done at the southern end of Piha beach. The wind was fierce, covering up the first layer of the work.
