Dressed in his full Jack Sparrow costume and staying in character the whole time, Johnny Depp did the most amazing thing for children during a surprise visit to the oncology and neurology wards of Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in Brisbane.

Johnny was taking a break from shooting the fifth Pirates of the Caribbean film, "Dead Men Tell No Tales", and he hung out with the kids for over three hours, giving out plenty of gold coins and taking lots of selfies.
