Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson just broke an unusual Guinness world record

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson doesn't just do big muscles, no, because when you're when you're The Rock, cars have to be big, houses have to be big, clothes have to be big and apparently normal size dips are not even an option.

The Rock is back in the Guinness world record books as a part of the team that broke the world's largest seven layer dip record. He apparently likes 

The colourful dip, which traditionally features sour cream, refried beans, guacamole, cheese, olives, and salsa, set a tasty new record as the dish weighed in at 540 pounds (245 kilograms), beating the previous best of 440.9 pounds (200 kilograms). Check out the video above

He's no stranger to the Guinness book of records having had set the record for the most selfies done in three minutes, which he completed with fans at the premiere of his movie San Andreas in 2015. Although he mentions that he also unofficially hold the record for being the "biggest, brownest, baldest, sexiest most smelling man". The cheek of the man!
