Rihanna has tweeted our Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern to congratulate her on her massive year. "Kia Ora Jacinda Ardern" she started!
Kia ora @jacindaardern! It's been a big year for you & 🇳🇿 - congrats! How could it get even better? Join @GCMandela100 & pledge new funds to @GPforEducation. I hope you & @MFATgovtNZ agree that educating every child can change the world! @claralionelfdn https://t.co/pQsqivFgMU

She also took the opportunity to promote the Global Partnership for Education and said Ardern's year could "get even better" if she pledged money to the fund.
"I hope you & @MFATgovtNZ agree that educating every child can change the world!" she added.
The Global Partnership for Education organisation works alongside Rihanna's own charity, which benefits children in poor countries to get an education.
A few fans have been very excited about the tweet, with one fan starting the hashtag #NZLetshelpRiri.
