Kris may have just let a massive Kardashian pregnancy secret slip

It's been a topic of both great confidentiality and publicity at the same - but Kris may have just let it all slip on Instagram.

The reality star posted this picture yesterday:

At first it just looks like a regular promo pic, but look again - or count again.

There are nine bundles of kids PJs in the picture, but Kris doesn't have nine grandchildren.

Right now Kris has six grandchildren:

North & Saint (Kim & Kanye's).

Mason Dash, Penelope Scotland and Reign Aston (Khloe & Scott's).

Dream Renee (Blac & Rob's)

So where are the other three PJ bundles going to go?
