Did Gucci Mane Just Confirm an Outkast Reunion?

Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane was only released from jail in May, and since his SnapChat and the likes have been a constant source of news and entertainment. During one clip he teased his upcoming collaboration with Outkast, along with a few other artists.

But does that mean Outkast have come together to either make a new album or just release one new song with Gucci Mane. Their last project together was 10 years ago back in 2006 and their last studio album was released back in 2003 as Outkast.
