Annalynne McCord delivers a heartfelt speech for International Women's Day

Annalynne McCord was out in force for the 2015 International Women's Day event at the United Nations headquarters in New York City on Sunday.

The 90210 star was there to deliver a speech at the event held in support of woman’s equality.

The actress is an advocate for sex assault survivors using her celebrity status to call attention to an issue that affects many women around the world including herself.

The 27-year-old, who recently penned an open letter shared on her social media sites in which she praised 'real men' who do not abuse' women, took to the stage to deliver a heartfelt message.

Annalynne was joined at the event by actor Paul Bettany and his wife Requiem for a Dream actress Jennifer Connolly.
