Hope everyone had a mean week my week is wrapping up rocking in to my 4 day weekend WOT!!!

Just letting ya know baby no4 is here little baby boy, we named him Kingston. All is well with him yeah to many kids now hahaha but loving every minute of it.

So last month was full on finished the white out tour which was ok could have been better but all goodies we had heaps of fun and everyone but me got up to mischief lol.

Hangar bar is going off on Fridays make sure your down there on the 16th of July for the 3rd Birthday party with Me and DJ SIREVER will be there for the first time rocking the Decks so that’s gonna be a awesome night make sure you get down there and its free entry.

Cant wait for the 24th July im taking the fams over to Brizzy for 2 weeks Holiday and yes I mean all 4 kiddies as well haha im playing at Mystique while im there so I get to have a holiday and get paid Dam love being a DJ..

What’s good Flava peeps another week just about over well my working week is done lol I love working 3 days than having a 4 day weekend mean. Crazy week coming up Vibe winter white out tour is coming through your hood all next month we hitting Whangaz and Auckland on the Friday 11th June in Whangarei and Saturday 12th June in Auckland than Hastings Tauranga And Rotovegas its gonna be crazy Vibe Entertainment always put wicked Parties so this will be no exception we going hard for this one so everyone make sure you get there.

As for me big thing’s happening looking forward to my new arrival in my fams we having a little baby boy in like 7 Days mean cant wait for him to arrive and join the Manchoo Clan lol. Hitting Australia again in July with the Mystique boys again I always have crazy adventures with those Ozzy fullaz so look out in July for dates.

Im working on a big Mixtape Project with a store in Brisbane called Urban wear looking forward to that project should be out in the next month and im putting together a local NZ Mixtape Hiphop and rnb I will post up a bit more info a little later everything is still up in the air right now.

Well Training has finished done and dusted DAM!! It was a hard 12 weeks I didn’t fight but I finished the 12 week program and got to my goal weight of 94kg mean!

Finally sitting down to update my blog after so long sorry guys but now im back into it. Its been a crazy couple months with training and Djing everywhere!

What’s Good FLAVA peeps

Sorry I haven’t been updating my blog what a slack guy, Only because the last 4 weeks have been full on with my Ringside Boxing training. On the upside I have only 10kg’s to go to reach my target weight woop woop.

In the last 3 weeks I have lost 5kg DAM!!

The last 4 weeks have been so intense 4 sessions a day but the weight is dropping off easier than I thought it would so im happy with that.

I Got through my first week I did everything that was thrown at me even if I finished last I didn’t care I did all the exercises properly, and finish at my own pace. Some guys even cheated at the exercises which really sucked. One of the sessions we had to do 50 push ups this guy next to me did 15 than went onto his next exercise. I was so angry cause I did 50 haha

Anyway its week 4 now im feeling fitter thinner but still tired haha im loving the training. We are sparring this week so ill let you know how I go in my next blog

In the heat of all my training I managed to fly over to Brisbane and the Gold coast to DJ for the weekend. It was massive Brisbane has a big FLAVA listener ship online so wassup to all the peeps in Brizzy repping FLAVA hard.
