We actually just went from like a quiet period of stars to all of a sudden housing some of the biggest names in Hollywood at the moment and we're all here just chilling! We always knew people love our country, but it's almost ridiculous the star power that's here in New Zealand for the winter.

Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise, arguably one of the greatest action stars of all time, has been photographed at Queenstown Airport while in New Zealand filming part of Mission: Impossible 6.

The movie star was snapped earlier today when the helicopter he was travelling in landed at the airport to refuel, said the photographer, who didn't want to be named.

Henry Cavill

Superman is officially in New Zealand and he almost just slipped under the radar! You will know Henry Cavill as Superman, however, he will be playing a different role in the upcoming Mission Impossible movie.

Cavill has been spotted out and about in Queenstown, even taking the time to take some pics with some local fans of the man in the red cape! Very cool!

Simon Pegg

Arguably not as big as the men mentioned above, but Simon Pegg is still held in high regard in Hollywood. His breakout hit, Shaun of the Dead, really ignited his career as a talented actor, comedian and writer and landed him some big roles in Star Trek and now Mission Impossible. Just like Cavill, Pegg has been out and about and featured in some local Instagrams as well!
