Kanye West is out of hospital

Today TMZ confirmed Kanye West is at home recovering with Kim Kardashian and their kids. 

Kanye left hospital under the care of Kim and his personal Phusician, Dr. Michael Farzam. It was his personal physician who called 911 when Kanye was admitted.

As previously reported Kanye suffered a "nervous breakdown" which was triggered mostly by the anniversary of his mother's funeral. 

Word is Kanye will need ongoing psychological and medical treatment. 

Fingers crossed he is feeling himself again soon. No word when he might continue his Saint Pablo World Tour.
