Kanye Is Running For President In 2020

Kanye West sat down with BBC Radio 1's Annie Mac for an interview and confirmed he will be taking on Donald Trump and hopes to become the next president of America in 2020. 

At the 2015 MTV VMAs Kanye announced he would be running for president. Ever since we've been wondering if it was just a rant and that he wouldn't actually follow through. 

According to Kanye thousands of his fans flooded his social media accounts "Begging him to run against Donald Trump" in four years. 

“When I talk about the idea of being president, I’m not saying I have any political views. I don’t have views on politics, I just have a view on humanity, on people, on the truth,” Kanye West told Annie Mac. “If there is anything that I can do with my time and my day, to somehow make a difference while I’m alive I’m going to try to do it.” the full interview is set to drop on Monday.
