Juvie Prisoners are Suing 'Empire' for the Dumbest Reason

Some kids behind bars are trying to take down "Empire" or at least just get some of their money all because they "stopped them from getting an education."

They teenagers are at the juvenile detention center inmates in Chicago And have claimed there home away from home was upset when Terrence Howard and Chris Rock came in to shoot last years scenes for season two's premiere episodes.

According to these kids their detention centre was put on lock down during the 2 week shooting period and they had no access to the rec yard, library, chapel and family visits were interrupted too.

And they've claimed their education was turned upside down because the tutoring offered was not effective and now they've tried to point out the amount of money "Empire" earns per 30 second ad and they want a cut. 

So far FOX has not commented on the lawsuit.
