Jamie Foxx's new relationship has betrayed the bro code and there's feels!

It was actually one of Hollywood's best and worst kept secrets, best in that there weren't many images of the pair and worst because everyone pretty much knew.

You may remember it was rumored that Jamie Foxx was expecting a child with his "secret" girlfriend *cough - Katie Holmes - cough* and although there hasn't been any confirmation what so ever of, the darkness that shadowed and hid Foxx's and Holme's relationship has been lit up, with the pair confirming their relationship is in status 'Taken'.

But it seems this relationship is in violation of article 4 in the bro code: she's off limits if she's one of the bro's exes. Obviously, love knows no boundaries at times and such should the heart go ahead and find attraction to someone well then, the path has been set. In short, Tom Cruise ain't happy with Jamie Foxx! The pair fostered a friendship after working together on the 2004 hit Collateral.

An insider close to Cruise has explained that he's shocked and disappointed with not only Foxx but also with ex-wife Holmes as well.
