Fans seem to think that Kim Kardashian has taken things to far when it comes to cosmetic surgery.

The reality star has just undergone a new cosmetic procedure; she got laser therapy on her hands.

Kim's self proclaimed "cool laser" work on her hands to keep them "looking young", and i a process which uses laser technology, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, injectable fillers and more to revitalise the hands.

Critics are concerned that undergoing superficial treatment on your hands is a tad excessive procedure, but ultimately what someone does to their body is their personal choice.
