Hey guys all I can say is GO THE WARRIORS!!!

Haha its gonna be mean on Sunday. If you are not going to the game in Sydney like me CRAP!! Haha come down to the Hangar Bar 104 Central Park Drive Henderson.

Me and the Flava crew will be down there supporting the Warriors from 2.30 ill be jamming some 90s music cause that’s what I wanna hear haha.

Everybody is invited its going to be a great day for all, Hangar have a massive 156 inch Screen and 10 other screens all over the place so you wont miss a thing what more could you ask for on a Sunday,

Sports, Music, Alcohol ya cant go wrong.

And if ya get hungry Hangar have the meanest bar snacks in West Auckland so yeah if ya keen to rock down that’s us yo.

OK lol hope everyone has had a good week so far as for me im into week 5 of my boxing training, my training sessions are picking up now they are definitely getting harder and a lot more intense.

I can feel myself getting fitter now and I feel like I have lost some weight haha (fingers crossed) I had a full on sparring session last Saturday which was really hard, not so much getting hit cause it wasn’t that hard. It was more that I had keep moving and jab constantly haha so I was gassing out hard lol.

So I still need to work on my fitness more but that’s cool I still have 7 weeks to go before my fight.
