New research shows that ladies with big butts show signs of good health

Well, if you like big butts and have struggles lying about it then you may want to read on!

We'll chuck a disclaimer out there real quick, that this is research soooo...guess that would pretty much mean it's true, right? According to a study published in the Cell Metabolism journal, women who are carrying slightly more in the trunk are less likely to suffer strokes, heart attacks and even diabetes. The fat that's found in the hips is more beneficial than those found in the abdomen.

How, you might be wondering? Well! fats that are stored in the lower areas act as sponges, stopping fat from travelling to vital areas like the lungs or heart. Men share the same health benefits however it is more prevalent in pre-menopausal women.
