Kiwi Designer Chosen to Dress Star of Disney's Moana

Kiri Nathan is an Auckland based fashion designer who is all about identity and inclusivity, while using New Zealand as her inspiration. Her fashion label Kiri Nathan produces high end fashion, Pounamu jewellery, handwoven accessories, contemporary Korowai and Kakahu (Maori cloaks).

Kiri was excited to announce on her Facebook page that Walt Disney Animation Studios had been in contact with her to dress the beautiful Hawaiian Beauty Auli'i Cravalho the voice of Moana in Disney's new film for the Red Carpet premiere this November!

Kiri has won numerous fashion competitions, including:
