Iggy Azaleas gift to her plastic surgeon will make the boys jealous

Hold onto your socks with this piece of news guys, but Iggy Azalea has had plastic surgery! *insert sarcasm* WHAT! ARE YOU KIDDING! In a Vogue interview in 2005, Azalea addressed that she had gone "under the knife" for her nose and breasts.

Now that we can put that aside, it has been revealed (pun intended) that Azalea had given her plastic surgeon a topless photo of herself, in appreciation for his work that he had done. There are only two copies of the photo, 1 of which is under ownership of Azalea's plastic surgeon, Dr. Ashkan Ghavami.
